  I don't know what people in this country expect i,ve been shopping with this company for several years and had no probs at all staff went out of their way on several occasions, these nuts that right the reviews might have to take responsability for the care of their jewels claws do wear on rings if worn....... be responable and get it checked annually I DO its so easy to blame someone else Ernest jones a company I Trust with friendly staff..

  Have been wearing a white gold engagement for about 6 months and it already needs re-plating. When the plating wears off I'm left with a yellow ring and not white. After doing some research I now realise the ring has a blend of cheap alloys in with the gold. Quality white gold uses palladium. Took the ring to a local jewellers and they were quite shocked at how it had worn and the colour underneath. Be warned!! You are getting alot less for your money you pay. They don't tell you about the quality..
