  My order was quickly despatched and I was delighted with the watch. After 6 months there was a minor problem with the catch on the bracelet so I emailed Findwatches to let them know. I was asked to return watch to them for repair and duly did so. Watch was repaired and returned to me the following day. I was very pleased with this after sales service

  I ordered the watch online the Sunday before Christmas. The website is concise, very easy to use and answers all your questions. I got the usual proof of payment e-mail then received another one on Monday morning to say my order was being processed. I rang them Monday afternoon as my girlfriend (who was paying for this as my Christmas present) was eager to know when it would arrive. A very helpful lady told me it was ready to go and would be sent Special Delivery (at no extra cost). Tuesday..
